The Terrace at Pelican Beach is a luxury highrise in the heart of Destin. It is the sister building to the Pelican Beach Resort sharing the same amenities and magnificent white sand beach. It is located on the beach side of Highway 98 directly across from the famous Big Kahuna Water Park. Our two-bedroom condo is on the fifth floor, with a breathtaking view of the lake, pool and Ocean. The Terrace is set back from the beach approximately 250 yards; the pool and lake are just below providing you with a great opportunity to watch the family swim while relaxing on the balcony. Our unit is very clean, comfortable and decorated for fun with fresh paint and new carpeting. The Pelican Beach complex also offers two workout rooms, a steam room, sauna, baby pool, and an indoor/outdoor pool should unexpected rain come. A third pool with a waterfall and Jacuzzi overlook the beach. The amenities of Pelican Beach Resort make your vacation a truly memorable one.

Great Spring Break Vacation

Our family just returned from a week in Destin. We had great weather (one day of rain) and stayed in a beautiful condo! From our unit, we had a magnificent view, easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and fun activities for our children. Each morning my wife and I would go out for a run in the area, or swim in one of the [three] pools, while our children (13, 11, and 8) would hang around the condo/complex. We felt very safe/comfortable with our kids on their own in the condo. Afterwards, we’d all head down to the beach for some fun-in-sun and to play in the ocean. Perfect!

In addition to the great accommodations, what we appreciated greatly was that owners of the condo really expressed a personal interest in our vacation. They really wanted us to enjoy ourselves, and their condo (as much as they do) while we were their guests, and in Destin.

Our trip to Destin and our condo was a success! We will absolutely recommend both to our friends.

Perfect Vacation

Recently my family and I vacationed at this beautiful condo in Pelican Beach Resort. What a fantastic place. It is absolutely immaculate and obviously well cared for. We had great access to many shops and restaurants. We were even able to walk to our favorite pizza place the Mellow Mushroom. I think my kids favorite nights were when we grilled by the pool and they were able to swim in the dark! My husband and I enjoyed our quiet nights on the balcony looking out on the beautiful lit pond and trails while watching the sunset!! It doesn't get much better than that.

I am so glad we found this place and would recommend it to all my friends. We will be back.

My husband and I along with our 2 grandsons have stayed in this unit many times. The unit is immaculate and well furnished. The view from the balcony is beautiful. You are right above the pool and you can start your day with a cup of tea looking out to the ocean watching the boats go out. The water park is right across the street. Shopping is minutes away; you can actually walk across to Winn Dixie. Right next store to the condo is Mellow Mushroom; a great pizza place enjoyed by all. We have a great time and so do the boys. Oh yes, they have special activities for the kids during the summer so Memaw and Papaw can get a little break. We always have a great time.
