On the Neuse River where the Neuse River meets the Pamlico Sound (Some call this the Inner Banks). The Pamlico Sound is the Atlantic Ocean inside the Outer Banks or the InterCoastal Waterway. Enjoy dolphins and sailboats go by from your 2 decks and Adirondike rocking chairs. Your own sandy beach, swimming pool, SS grill and 140 foot fishing pier, and 2-person kayak. The adorable fully furnished cottage has 3 bedrooms (one has trundle bed), laundry room, 2.5 baths, fireplace with gas logs, TV with cable and DVD player although you may never want to come inside as the prevailing breezes and rocking chairs and fishing pier and sandy beach will continue to whisper your name. The floor plan is called Reverse with open kitchen, half bath and great room on second floor for incredible views. The 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and laundry room are on the first floor. There is a second deck off the master bedroom suite. This may be one of the best water views and beach access you will ever see or rent.

Notes: Pine Hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of Berber carpeting in bedrooms. Level one baths are ceramic tiled. The kitchen includs refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Swimming pool, fishing pier, 2 person kayak (The 2 person kayak may be enjoyed with a signed release of liability), swing and rocking chairs. The dolphins are free! The Minesott Beach Country Club is just around the corner for golfing (a fun course). Free Ferry rides all day to Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Morehead City or Atlantic Beach (the greatest beaches... also known as the 'Southern Outer Banks' and Fort Macon (NC's Civil War Fort) and Beaufort (NC oldest town...a quaint seaside village and home of Blackbeard, the notorious pirate). Take the water ferry in Beaufort (which less than 30' from cottage) to Cape Lookout for the most incredible day of your life! We have the greatest diving known on the eastern coast of the US!

We can also arrange to have your entire grocery shopping done and your kitchen stocked prior to your arrival so that you can have the most restful and enjoyable vacation ever! Each Concierge request is completed on a fee based/ service.
