It is 28 miles from Gunnison to Crested Butte and the Gunnison/Crested Butte Regional Airport is located in Gunnison. Check out direct flights from Atlanta, Chicago & Dallas/Fort Worth. The next largest airport is Montrose, which is about 2 hours southwest of Gunnison just passed Cimarron. Montrose can be a cost-effective flight alternative.
