Located Downtown Toronto, east of Yonge St., this 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is walking distance to everything, 5-10 minutes to Eaton Centre, the Distillery District, Financial core, Entertainment district, Ryerson University, St. Lawrence Market, Canon theatre, Egin theatre and Massey Hall, St. Mike's Hospital...shops and restaurants, the apartment is also close to public transportation (Queen or King streetcar, 3 stops from Yonge St. subway).

This condo is a 1 bedroom + nook suitable for one or two persons. It is on the 7th floor of a cool, chic building with gym and spa. The condo has living room with open concept kitchen/dining area with breakfast counter, bedroom with queen size bed and large closet, wood floors, spacious bathroom, balcony, laundry. High speed Internet and cable TV are included, too. Tim Hortons on the ground floor of building!!!

This is a beautiful little apartment in the heart of downtown Toronto. I have never felt more at home in this city. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with kitchen and in house laundry. It is clean, quiet and welcoming. It is a fantastic building with a concierge, fully equipped gym, library and lounge area. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the residents are very quiet and polite as well.
It is a stone's throw away from the St.Lawrence Market, The Eaton Centre and The Distillery District. You are really in the heart of the city.
Irina and Raz have been so helpful and accommodating during my stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. It is a lovely place to be living. I have my privacy, peace of mind and access to everything the city has to offer.

this is such a convenient and pleasant place, had relatives from out of town stay here...very clean and comfortable accomodation, easy check-in...very helpful hosts. highly reccommended...close to many restaurants and attractions, distillery district is 5 minutes away...thank you for such a pleasant experience, lana g.

What a lovely condo this is. I spent nearly 3 weeks and felt very at home, everything you need is in this cute condo. The rooftop view is breathtaking with a beautiful garden, BBQ's and a spa.
I will be back again next year.
