.8 mile walk to Cockle Cove Beach. Nice yard in front and back, perfect for family games and relaxing. This is the perfect family get away! The back deck overlooks our tree laden extra lot and the salt marsh beyond that. Washer/dryer, two fireplaces, fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, cable TV, knotty pine in the living room 3.5 mile drive to downtown Chatham. The house is the last house on Cranberry Way, a quiet dead end street. More pictures available upon request.

The Cockle Cove area of South Chatham Massachusetts is a family oriented beach vacation destination. The Cockle Cove beach is quiet and friendly with the occasional interruption of spontaneous beach volleyball games. There is a lifeguard on duty during the season months. The village of Chatham has innumerable local shops and restaurants that will draw you in. Cape Cod league baseball brings the best college players from all over the country to play for the Chatham A's.

Visit to Cape Cod

We had never visited the Cape before and found this house to be in a great location to visit all around. A lovely and clean house with a nice decking area and plenty of space for the children to play. The house is in a quiet area of Chatham but not too far away to drive to the town. Everything you need is provided including beach chairs. We would definately stay here again and would recommend it to families and couples.

Perfect getway house

The house was charming. I was ready to move in permanently. The house was beautifully decorated; it was spacious, very clean, and all the necessities.

Located at the end of a dead end street, it was quiet and not commercial. It was about a 1 minute drive to Cockle Cove beach and about a 6 minute drive to Chatham proper.

If you do not want to spend a fortune, but you want a nice house that easily sleeps six, this is the perfect choice.

I am already planning for my stay next year.

Also, the owners were really easy to work with.

Nice cottage on a quiet street

We found the cottage to be very clean and comfortable for our family (2 adults/ 3 small children) for a week's stay. The neighborhood is quiet. It's the last house on a dead end street. Side yard has a nice deck w/distant views overlooking creek, but backyard has no privacy. Note no DW in kitchen and all beds are twin. Living areas are a bit small, but worked for us.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time.
The house and yard were perfect for our family of 5. We were able to play in the quiet yard and were greatful to get away from the noise of the city.
The house was clean and well maintained.
I would recommend to a friend.
