Great time at St Augustine Beach

The property was exactly as stated in the ad, very nice, well maintained and in a great location near the pool and beach. Good facilties including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
Owner was very friendly and provided all details we needed.
Great resturants nearby include Panama Hatties (exceptional ribs), in St augustine town in Casa Mayan which provided the best meal we had whilst in Florida.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Thanks for the great feedback on our vacation home. We encourage all visitors to ask for dining and entertainment suggestions since we live in town we know the spots the locals go. We have such a wide wide variety of great restaurants its tough to make a bad choice!!

All the appliances are new (less than 1 year old) and our handyman lives a couple blocks away from the property and is on call 24 hours and we work to resolve all issues within a few hours. Glad there were none.

I hope that we will see you back if you are ever our way again. We would be glad to extend the best rate to you or any of your friends from the UK. Thanks again for staying with us.

Great Family Vacation Experience

Our family of 4 had a great week long stay in saint augustine at this beautiful town-home. Great tv and comfy giant sectional was great for after sun movie nights. We love the food, fun and sun in saint augustine and love coming here every sumer. This was our first time at this complex and in unit #1 but we will certainly be back. The pool was so clean and direct access to the beach was awesome.

Finally A Clean and New Condo With Upgrades

the unit was awesome. Modern, clean, upgraded. We love vacationing at the beach in a place as nice or nicer than where we live. The only complaint we have is that the unit books so fast in the summer we dont always get out prefered dates if we wait to long. This was our 4th time renting the unit and we will be back. Owners really take care of us and they always have a special that makes the trip affordable.

Excellent property in an excellent location , loved st augustine beach and the direct access , facilities were as described and all very good. Historic St Agustine 15 mins drive away and well worth a visit . Would definiteley return to this resort and the propoerty.

This condo is amazing

My boyfriend and I stayed at the end of May, and even though the weather was awful for half of the trip, we had a great time. The condo is right next to the beach, close to fun shops and anything you could want. The inside is even prettier and bigger than it looks in the pictures! We sat on the balcony facing the pond every day, and saw lots of birds, fish, and even little newts! We hope to get back as soon as we can!! And it's only 15 or 20 minutes from an oceanarium, where I swam with dolphins!
