Luxury, private, cul de sac home in North Scottsdale. Mountain views, golf, dining, and shopping. Secluded but close to the 101 Freeway. Very private pool, patio with sound system, and BBQ. RV parking on one side and a grassy area on the other side of the home. The home is at the end of a very private cul de sac. Split master plan. The entire home is equipped with upscale furnishings, and custom faux painting. Plush carpet and floor tile. Enter the home to an open living room and dining room with a bar with granite counter top. Large laundry room, huge master bedroom with office, huge master bath with roman tub with jets. Two sinks. Large kitchen with granite counter tops with an eat in kitchen. Family room has lush furniture with a fireplace, custom niches, big screen TV, direct TV, wireless Internet with computer, fax, scanner, printer, sound system through out the house, and more. Monthly rentals only. Weekly and daily rates are for additional weeks.

The home comes with a queen size blow up mattress that will sleep 2.

RV parking on the north side of the property and being at the end of the cul de sac there is tons of parking for RVs, trailers, etc. The south side of the property is a nice grassy area for the pets. Home comes with pool service and landscape service.

Golf: There are hundreds of golf courses to choose from in the area Troon North, Keirland, Grayhawk, for just a few are about 10 minutes away

Lakes: Bartlet Lake, Saguaro Lake, and Lake Pleasant are all about an hour away. All lakes are for most boats. All the lakes are great for boating, waterskiing, and fishing . All lakes have fully equipped launch ramps, and restaurants.

Shopping and Dining: World class shopping and dining is every where. Scottsdale fashion Square, Paradise Valley Mall are within 30 minutes. North Scottsdale as well as Old Town has plenty of dining and shopping.

We had a fabulous family vacation in Scottsdale, and the house/pool were pristine. The setting and location were remote yet close to whole foods and everything else we needed. We highly recommend this house.
