Lower unit (1400 sq, ft) next to pool and jacuzzi. Located in Palm Desert, Ca. at the gated community of Desert Falls Country Club. The golf course is a Ronald Fream designed links style championship course that plays from 5273 yards for the Red tees to 7084 yards for the Tournament tees. There are five sets of tees so that players of all ability will have a very challenging round of golf. The condo has three (3) TVs, washer, dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The Master Bedroom has a very large private bath area. There is a breakfast nook in the kitchen plus a very nice dining area. No additional charge for cleaning, all laundry and bathroom supplies are provided. A two (2) car garage with remote connects to the condo.
