Beautiful Laie, located a gorgeous 40 minute to one hour scenic drive from Honolulu. Come live island style.
Enjoy the windy side of the island! There's near by golfing, resorts and many amenities. It's a small town feel without the many tourists. You'll love the area and the spotless immaculate property.

Much to my surprise, I suffered a stroke 2 years ago. My son is now college age and I will be an empty nester. As a family, my son and I loved to come to Hawaii. Quality family time.
I am now retired and devote full time to helping others enjoy the many pleasures of Hawaii. We hope you can be our guest soon.
Beach Holdings 2005 LLC purchased this house in 2005
I love the ocean. The minute I walked through the patio doors and saw the views, I knew I had to have the property....
The views are awesome and the water is crystal blue. The house is located on the sand and not on the street!! Laie is a great town and home to BYU and the PCC!
The beach is OUTFRONT....you can fall asleep to the ocean sounds. We are set back from the main highway and you do not get the traffic noise.
Walking across to the street to PCC and the best luau and show on the ENTIRE island...I know as I have been there several times.
You can walk to the university - BYU. Stroll to McDonalds for an ice cream cone of just sit and enjoy the beach.
Martha and Keld are the most wonderful hosts on the entire island. They have been in Hawaii for 26 years. If you are from Europe Keld would like to practice his Danish!
Wonderful time.....we will return again. The new kitchen is wonderful and beautiful. We especially liked the eat in granite island! The sounds of the ocean were wonderful to listen to. We had no problems and Martha and Keld were the perfect hosts. We'd love to return
We loved our time at this house. The beach was just steps away and the view was great. The house was clean and included all of the amenities needed to cook. Martha was a great hostess who answered any questions we had. The location was secluded enough that it was quiet, yet we were quickly able to get out and explore the island. The only drawback was that the stairs on our side of the property are used by the attached studio and an additional house (up to 7 guests) to the south of us. One afternoon the people in the house had many guests over and they traipsed back and forth across our lawn. Fortunately, this only happened once, but it does mean that your neighbors make or break the peaceful atmosphere. The owner, Victoria, likes to do exit interviews and said that this is not allowed in the contract and that Martha would have dealt with it if she'd known. Otherwise, we loved the place and would highly recommend it!
We were very pleased with the home. It was clean and well stocked with all of the essential items for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect for our purposes. The area was quiet. We love the view of the ocean. We had a great time catching crabs and exploring tide pools along the private beach. We would definitely stay at this property again.
We enjoyed the house very much, it was very comfortable, the view was great, Martha and Kelb were great hosts, we love the peacefulness of the area the beach was wonderful, I would recommend that you rent a car, we drove most of the Island, make sure you eat in many of the local restaurants, they are fantastic. I would recommend the beach house to any one who asked.
We've rented the two bedroom "blue" house 3 out of 4 times that we have visited Oahu and are addicted. the one time we rented the one bedroom we still enjoyed ourselves. If you want to relax, you can totally do it here. We watch the sunrise from the couch each morning, grill our dinner each night, watch surfing at nearby Pipeline at Sunset Beach, snorkel, catch crabs, read and totally enjoy our time. You can walk to the Polynesian Cultural Center; it's that close! Martha is a great manager and will do anything for you. We consider she and her husband friends by now! We would love to bring our whole family back someday.
Simply Amazing! We couldn't ask for anything more. Everything you could possibly want in a house rental. The management is so sweet. There is a private beach that is perfect for walking along on swimming in. The sunrises and sunsets can be taken in via your own private bench. Directly across the street from the PCC, which made it convenient as we didn't have to fight the traffic when leaving. We will be staying here again.
Wow! The drive from Honolulu went well and what a thrill it was when we arrived at "our little cottage!" The size of the rental was perfect for our company. The place was clean and had all the "stuff" we needed to be comfortable during our stay! To have that view of the ocean and the area to say Good Night to and to wake up to each day was great! It was as if we had our own private beachfront to enjoy! The water was amazing! Our access to the Polynesia Cultural Center, Brigham Young University - Hawaii and the LDS Temple in Hawaii meant a lot to us also. Having the Kamehameha Highway as our "street" made it so simple to get back to Pearl Harbor, the Dole Plantation, and all the beach spots the Beach Boys referenced in their hit songs! The landlords were extremely friendly, positive and proactive in taking care of the acreage and us. (Their dog Moi was really cool too!) The only thing I might suggest is that a more comfortable bed and set of couches would be nice, but overall, what an awesome place and awesome space! My wife and I are making our plans to be back, if all things are in order and we are allowed the privilege, within the next couple of years Thanks for having us, thanks for the positive experience, and thanks for making my first time there such a rewarding and memorable situation! Laker Larry
