BBQ area and 24 hours security patrol. You are minutes from downtown Boca near to many wonderful restaurants,many famous golf courses, Muvico, Town Center Mall, Boomers (children entertainment) Mizner (restaurants, stores, amphitheater and galleries). Is just steps to Starbucks. Fifteen minutes to Gumbo Limbo Nature, 30 minutes from both Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach Airports and one hour from Miami and the famous South Beach, 30 minutes to Zoo or Morikami, 45 minutes to Everglades National. Three hours straight up the turnpike to Disney World/Orlando.
