Two Story townhouse located at Point Village Resort, Rutland Point, Norman Manley Blvd, Negril Jamaica. Unobstructed view to the ocean. Amenities include upper level with two bedrooms, two bath, large balcony with sleeping. Lower level with fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. Completely furnished with washer dryer, dual AC units and linens. Located on Resort property with the following amenities:

swimming pool, hot tub, boating, jet-skiing and much more.

My villa was nestled on a private beach facing the gorgeous Caribbean Sea! The sunsets were magnificent! I was minutes from town and shopping! The caretaker/driver, Dennis, was awesome! He was always available to take me anywhere I needed to go, and he remained nearby to ensure my safety! The property has security, and is clean, safe, and quiet! This is the perfect rental property for a romantic getaway or a family vacation! I definitely would recommend this property!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Nice place, great time

The place is really pleasant: quiet, well maintained, close to the sea. The beach to the right is really great for children: small, cosy, very few people - just like it's your own privete property. Famous seven-mile beach is also a couple of minutes to your left; just be aware that you need to cross a nude beach first.
Dennis is extremely helpful in so many aspects, especially if it's your first time in Jamaica. He is a reliable, knowledgeable, honest and charming guy, always ready to help.
We definitely recommend both the place and Dennis for anyone who needs a relaxed, enjoyable time, combined with opportunity to experience some wonders of Jamaica.
