This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in a quiet neighborhood just 300 yards from the lagoon. The lagoon is a wonderful spot to enjoy a beautiful sunset or your morning coffee. The house is bright and airy with an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings. The well equipped kitchen includes starter supplies such as spices, paper towels, and trash bags. The master bedroom is a loft with a sitting area and private full bath. The house is located just 1/10 mile form the bike paths, 1.5 miles to the town center 1 mile to Farm Neck golf Course and 1 mile to Eastville Beach. The weekly rental includes cleaning and trash removal.
