I call this a mid-level penthouse. That's right. Hard to find lower floor (7th floor), end unit, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom with 2115 sq.ft. that feels like a penthouse and is nicer than most. Top of the line interior features and decorating. You can't beat the quality anywhere! Low density building, only 47 units. This unit also has a lock-out suite with marble jetted tub, bedroom with king bed, private balcony and bath. Opens to a beautifully decorated common foyer entry. Internet included. It's a corner unit with windows that not only face the beach but also wrap around the side for unbelievable views from the kitchen, dining room and living room. Luxury at the beach.

Absolutely Loved This place

We were in Panama City for Thunder Beach. There were 10 adults and this condo was Perfect!! The 2 master suites were great. We had a balcony on the street side and were able to watch bikers go by and also had a balcony on the gulf side and totally enjoyed watching the ocean. We only spent one night here but were left wishing we had more time and have decided to make it a longer visit next year! Much better than we expected and in a fantastic location. Property was well cared for and clean.I will definitely be back and recommend this to all my friends!
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
