This very charming and oversized 1 bedroom vacation apartment measures 700 square feet and was completely renovated in 2006. The floor plan is very pleasant and spacious and the apartment is filled with natural light from every angle. The décor is design with a touch of art deco retro modern meets romantic. The unit's maple wooden floors gives the place a very warm feeling. Guests love this unit for its perfection and neatness. It will accommodate comfortably 4 people. There are lush gardens and trees surrounding the exterior grounds that give the sense of tropical tranquility. There is also a gate before coming in the apartment complex for extra security.

This lovely apartment is nestled on Meridien Ave, a beautiful and very central street filled with lots of big trees in South Beach, the hippest area in Miami Beach. Just a walk from some of the most gorgeous beaches, shops, nightclubs and restaurants, this apartment's location is ideal. If you are a big tennis fan there are available courts at Flamingo Park just right across the street from the apartment. Lincoln Road Mall, a beautiful outdoor promenade, is about 4 blocks way. Here you can shop or just sit at one of the many outdoor cafes and have a cappuccino while you do some fun people watching.
