Photos and Description of the Chatham vacation cottage rental 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths w/ lovely outdoor shower and tub!

This adorable cottage was just completed and features a private setting on a dirt road overlooking Pleasant Bay. A path leads to a town landing and beach. Hardwood floors, slate countertops, 2 clawfoot tubs (one is outdoors with a waterview!) Funky antiques adorn the large living room and a covered porch expands the living area. New large gas grill, new front load washer/dryer, master bedroom has queen bed, other two bedrooms have twin beds: sleeps six. Upstairs deck increases view and adds private seating. Office area at top of stairs has high speed Internet. Cable TV also included.

This cottage sits on 3 acres of land across from a pond/bird sanctuary on a quiet dirt road in desirable North Chatham. A short walk leads to a sandy beach with a perfect view of Strong Island and the new outer beach breakthrough.The house sits on a rise that offers the prevailing S.W. breeze. It is about three miles from town but feels like three hundred. Rent a kayak and explore the bay. September is the prettiest and least crowded month to enjoy Chatham!

This is a brand new house sitting on a piece of land that has been in owner's family for 90 years. Owner put lots of thought into it before building and furnished it with many things from family homes on same property. Nothing is irreplaceable or 'precious' just more interesting than rental house furniture from unfinished pine stores. You will like it here. Feel free to call any time before 10.00pm mst. (Idaho)
