  • There is a $300.00 Security Deposit(Refundable)
  • Individual Suites options are: 1 Suite, sleeps 2- 4, $135/night Minimum 2 night stay!
    2 Suites, sleeps 6-8, $175/night Minimum 2 night stay!
    3 Suites, sleeps 10-12, $250/night Minimum stay 2 nights!
  • There is also a $150.00 cleaning fee if the complex is entirely rented out. If only one suite is rented out other rates apply. This fee is for cleaning after your departure. If you should need housekeeping during your stay, please let us know so that arrangements can be made.

Interesting Details!: This is a very unique property since it is a house divided into 4 individual Suites. This offers guests the opportunity to enjoy greater privacy. Also it can accommodate a greater variety of group sizes. You pay only for the amount of space you need. However the whole house could also be rented by smaller groups. Furthermore this house is unique in it's modern design and style. Every bathroom has marble flooring and European fixtures. All rooms have aside from modern furniture, authentic Caribbean artwork. We give order and cleanliness high priority. All of our sheets and towels are 100% cotton. We have beautiful landscaped surroundings, with a variety of flowers and fruit trees. Both the terrace and pool and patio areas are ideal for relaxation and contemplation. Aside from the luscious green areas there is a beautiful ocean view.This adds to the unique experience that we invite you to enjoy.
