Coconut Beach has been recently renovated and enlarged--and an oceanfront pool added! The owner offers 4 Bedrooms and 3 baths in this very open floor plan designed home. Bright cheery Caribbean colors, new granite counters, bright tile and plenty of windows on the water let lots of light into the villa. Many palm trees on the beach offer shade and the reef protected beach offers great snorkeling.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Coconut Beach. The house was perfect for our needs and it was perfectly prepared and maintained for a visit.

The house and the surrounding property are breathtaking. The location on the North End is perfect for those of us who prefer serenity by getting away from the crowds. Just minutes from Rum Point, good restaurants and all forms of water sports. Good snorkeling off the beach at the house.

All in all, an exceptional choice for a great vacation!

We visited Grand Cayman for our Spring Break in 2008. We are a large family with 5 children under the age of 12. Having our own homw on the beach was the ideal family vacation for us. Home was very well stocked with all the amenities we would have in our own hiome. We look forward to returningin 2009!

Perfect Cayman Getaway!

This house is a great house for families with children of all ages. The accomodations are wonderful - very clean, very comfortable, and looks brand new! You have everything you need to really feel like a home away from home. Our kids spent hours just lounging in the warm ocean water and snorkling in the reefs right off the beach - and the addition of the pool makes it just perfect. We enjoyed visiting Rum Point, just a short drive down the road - great bar and restaurant right on the beach. From Rum Point we got boats to go to String Ray City, which the kids loved. We also had a great dinner at the Lighthouse restaurant (can't remember the exact name). Even though its a drive from the airport, it was well worth it to be able to stay on this side of the island.

A Great House

Beautiful, clean, well maintained house. The bed was as comfortable as home. I enjoyed walking the beach, warm, clear water, beautiful reef snorkling.
Friendly, good, restaurants and beach bars within a mile.
Water sports rentals, a plus.
I would highly recommend this property for young families or a senior like myself.
