Why not enjoy the best of the beach?!! Caribbean Resort Condo is just that! Our unit has everything needed to make your ocean front vacation memorable. The unit has 1825 square feet of newly decorated luxury and comfort. Available as a three bedroom, three bath or two bedroom, two bath. The unit is located on the west side of the building giving great sunset viewing. The ocean views, shoreline views, and Santa Rosa sound views are spectacular... day or night. The third bedroom on the north side has its' own entrance and also has great views of the ocean and sound. It even has its' own balcony!

The new enlarged pool and deck area now has two hot tubs. Do you want to do some sunbathing? The sun deck is yours to enjoy. Want shade? The Caribbean also has a covered lounge area adjacent to the pool.

Navarre Beach is rapidly growing as a favored beach resort destination. For good reason, since it offers the great beaches of the Emerald Coast without the huge crowds of destinations to the East and West. The reward is a much more relaxed and laid back vacation. The island is just far enough off the beaten path to give you a degree of privacy and quietness, yet close enough to reach mainland attractions of your choice. The Caribbean Resort adds to this less crowded atmosphere by only having 54 units. Not the 100 or more units common to most condo buildings. We have only three units per floor served by two elevators. Only a limited number of units are available for rent. Florida's longest pier at over 1,500 feet is only 1/4 mile down the shoreline from the condo.

We have stayed at several condos at the Carribbean Resort. This is the best yet! Just beautiful views and the pics on the website don't do this condo justice. Really nice and the owner was just the best to work with. We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic Views

Best views yet. The pictures don't do it justice. When we walked in, the wall to wall windows greeted us with majestic views and we never failed to marvel throughout our stay. The owner was very easy to work with. We hope to return in the fall.

Gorgeous Views

We stayed last year in August. It rained the first 3 days and the water wasn't that great but we still had a fabulous time and the condo was great. The owners are great! We are returning again this year and I will bet for several more years after that. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Quiet and Peaceful Retreat

Navarre is my all-time favorite beach destination. We enjoyed staying at this unit last year and are planning on returning again this year, hopefully to the same unit if it's not already rented. The unit's description and photos do not do it justice! The views are magnificent and we enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows. The unit is well maintained.
