This end-unit condo overlooks Murrells Inlet so you can relax on the screened-in porch and enjoy the views or you can fish from the dock, put in your boat, kayak, or go shrimping and crabbing...and the beach is only a 2-3 minutes walk. The best of both worlds! The property has a pool, hot tub and grills and inside the condo there is a kitchen and washer/dryer for your convenience. Restaurants and the pier (free) are just a short walk away.

Wonderful Condo Experience!

We're spending the winter here and will be sad to leave in a couple weeks! What a great experience! The condo is small, but very nicely appointed and you'll find everything you need for a short or long stay. The internet service is fast & reliable. It's so bright since it's an end unit with both south and west exposures! (The sunsets may be the condo's best feature! They are the most amazing ones you can imagine!) The bird-watching from the screened-in deck is quite entertaining and the ocean is only two short blocks away. The condo's owners are delightfully easy to work with and the on-site staff is very friendly & accomodating.

We love this place and can't wait to come back . Everything was exactly as described on the webpage. The corner unit was great because you have extra windows. The sunsets were worth waiting for every evening. Everything was very clean and we felt very comfortable. We have already told many of our friends about this place. We used to camp and came to the beach three times a year until health problems kept us away for 3 years. It was so nice to have the conveniences of home and all we had to bring was our clothes.

Location is another plus and it is a great value!!!!

The description given regarding this property is completely accurate. You can sit back on the screened-in porch and enjoy the marsh, or you are in a convenient location to any other activity you might enjoy in the Myrtle Beach area. It is a nice, little condo that is perfect for relaxing. It is well-maintained and clean. The owners are so easy to work with, and they provide you with all the information you will ever need prior to visiting. Thanks to them for sharing their place at a reasonable cost!

The screened porch and dock with this property are the best spots to be when in Myrtle Beach. The sunsets are amazing, so you want to be relaxing and on sight at that time of day. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and a very quick drive to all the boating adventures. (Captain Dick's dolphin sighting was one of the highlights of the trip). We enjoy the "Legends" concert just a short drive away.There are restaurants close enought so you can walk to them or you can rent a surf board accross the street. We didn't take the time to fish, but that is one of the main attractions of this area. Poles or nets..all hours of the day. We used and enjoyed the hot tub a few times.Maha and Dave provided excellent customer service. They replyed to all our emails within the day they were sent and answered all our questions. We would gladly recommend them and their property to our friends.

Awesome Vacation Spot!!

We arrived on Saturday, Aug. 15, 2009 and had to tear ourselves away on Wednesday morning, Aug. 19, 2009.

The condo was exactly as it was described. My favorite spot in the condo was the screened porch. Perfect for those quiet mornings with that great cup of coffee! The view is great! It is located just far away from the busy area but not too far for a pleasant stroll to the beach. The pier provides great entertainment, bands and fishing. There is a locally owned grocery store within walking distance if there is an immediate need as well as places to eat within walking distance. We drove over to Murrell's Inlet for breakfast and a great lunch buffet at Prosser's and then enjoyed the fresh seafood at Drunken Jacks. Both of these places are on Hwy 17 BR and takes less than 10 minutes to get there. We went on a boat ride and saw dolphin swimming in the ocean while we were here and that was great!

The condo offers everything that you would need. The living room area is very comfortable and the kitchen is functional. (Of course......I didn't do any cooking.....too many great places to eat!!) The Master Bedroom bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is great. And don't forget that fabulous screened porch!!

This place offers peace & quiet, a beautiful beach, great view from condo, wonderful pool and spa. The staff is very nice as well! We will definitely be back and hope to be able to stay at this condo!
