This is a 840 square feet second level guest apartment that has been recently completed. The property is located on Silver Lake (all sports lake) with 65' of private frontage. The beach is sandy with shallow waters the first 20' out making it an ideal swimming spot. There is also a fire pit with plenty of wood, a row boat, paddle boat, kayaks, picnic table, swim raft and a dock on the beach for your boat. This guest apartment has an open floor plan with a full kitchen, breakfast bar, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and one of the best views Silver Lake has to offer. Outside there is a paved sitting area with a charcoal grill. A public boat launch is just around the corner. This vacation spot is located 10 minutes from Traverse City. Sorry, no smoking or large pets allowed. Call for additional photos.

This property is located about 5 miles from Traverse City. Great location to attend the National Cherry Festival or The Traverse City Film Festival. Interlochen Center for the arts is just 10 minutes away. The Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore Park is 30 minutes away. Great canoeing rivers are about 30 minutes away.

The apartment is beautiful and well furnished. Thw view of the water at sunrise and sunset is very nice. Close to downtown and many places to eat and play.

What a wonderful place to stay just kick up your feet and enjoy the view. What I appreciated the most was it was exactly as described and very clean. Close to the shopping district for Traverse City and visiting the wineries. If your looking for a great restaurant give Trattoria Stella, 1200 W 11th St., Traverse City, MI 49684-3287 - (231) 929-8989 a visit. We got to talking to someone in town and they recommended the place and we will definitely visit next time were in town. I would suggest calling for reservations on the weekend.

Thank you Tom and Michelle for providing the perfect location for our anniversary. We will remember the beaudtiful sunsets and the clean/cozy suite for many years to come. Your help with our day trips in your beautiful area worked out perfectly. We can not wait to return.

Sisters Retreat

We really appreciated the owner and his family's hospitality. You made us feel at home.

The suite was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The picture window view of the lake was very soothing. The water's edge was nice and sandy and would be a great play area for children. The fire pit was a great touch to end a wonderful day of activities. There are numerous stairs down to the beach from the suite, but if you take your time and enjoy the views, it really doesn't matter.

The owner's tried to think of every need you may have while on vacation, including the perfect size of cooler for a day trip.

The location of the suite was great. We were approximately 10 minutes from the west end of Traverse Bay and about 35 minutes from the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Great beaches, wine tasting, and quaint towns are also close.

I would recommend this rental to my family and friends.

Thanks for a memorable sister weekend.
