This cozy and clean house is on beautiful salt water Green pond with direct access to the ocean in a wonderful neighborhood in Falmouth offers you a relaxing vacation with a magnificent view. It is comfortable and serene, yet very close to shops and downtown. This is a two story house. The master bedroom, kitchen , bathroom, living room with sky light and sun room are upstairs. The second bedroom and second living room are downstairs. All furnishings are brand new and nicely designed with your comfort in mind. You can fish, pick clams or Quahogs right in your back yard ( Need to get License ). The open floor plan with high cathedral wooden ceiling and large sky light plus ceiling fan gives it a nice comfortable feeling. A 32 inch HD TV with cable, high speed wireless internet adds pleasure to your stay.This is a No Pets & No smoking house. Enjoy your vacation like never before and Watch SWANS pass by often. Ocean Beach is near by. Best to email for fast response.

Not having to pay the high cost of Hotels in Boston is a 'PLUS', you can not do that from the towns, too deep in the Cape Cod area. Here you are close to Hyannis (town of Kennedys) with large shopping malls. You can take a boat to Nantucket, Martas Vinyards islands or simply enjoy the beaches during the day and relax at home in the evening sipping your wine by the calming water, NOTHING IS LIKE IT.....

Additional information about rental rates

  • We require a $200.00 REFUNDABLE security deposit.
  • Compare to what the house has to offer, you are getting a bargain..The rental fee plus the refundable security deposit and the cleaning fee needs to be paid in full 60 days before the arrival date, if the reservation is made less than 60 days in advance, we will only accept certified bank checks or wire transfer, the guests are responsible for all the bank fees associated with money transfer and money conversion fees. The security deposit will be returned to you within 21 days after your departure in the absence of damages.
    Rental fee does not include long distance phone calls. Renters will be responsible for any and all damages that exceed the security deposit.
    No cancellations accepted after reservations are made.
  • By making reservation renters agree to :
    A- Returning from the beach take a shower outside to rinse off the sand,.
    B- Shake the beach towels outside before washing them( sand will break the washing machine).
    C- Do not sit on the furniture with wet clothes.
    D- Place the trash in the container provided to protect it from animals and place it by the street on Wednesday night ( the trash pick up is on Thursdays) otherwise we pay extra.
    E- Upon departure, lock the door, leave the key where you found it.
    F- Leave the house in general condition as you find it.
    G- Do not use the personal belongings of the owner, food and drinks that have been stored away.
    H- The check in time is at 4:00 PM and the check out time is at 11:00 PM, this allows cleaning time for the next group if you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at the house at your own risk, There will be a charge of $75/hour after11:00 Am on departure day.
    I- Place used linens in washing machine and turn it on

Recommended for:  Age 55+, Romantic Getaway

We simply could not have had a nicer time. The house was clean and had every amenity needed to make one feel completely at home. It was serene and far enough away from town to feel secluded but only minutes away from beautiful beaches, stores and restaurants. The owners were friendly and accommodating. We didn't want to leave and we're already hoping to return next year.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
