Siesta Key Vacation Rental house

The house has 2 levels with 2 bedrooms, a loft, and 4 full bathrooms. On the first level is the great room with living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including two wine coolers and a separate refreshment refrigerator. There are also 2 bedrooms, 2 recently remodeled bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. The staircase takes you up to the loft level with a double sleep sofa and 2 additional bathrooms. Outside, in the private sandy yard, there is a picnic table, a covered porch with table and lounge chairs. There is private parking for 4 cars.

Just south, Siesta Beach provides lifeguards for your protection or you can walk up the beach and find a private spot to enjoy the sand and surf. At the opposite end of Siesta Beach there are volleyball nets, two lighted tennis courts and a playground, close enough to be convenient but far away enough not to disturb. On Sunday evenings stroll down to the drum circle and enjoy the festivities. Any evening, walk up the beach at sunset to the village and enjoy a meal in one of the various delightful restaurants or an ice cream cone at Big Oalf’s. On the 4th of July watch the fireworks on Siesta Beach right from the home.

Locally you will find Mote Marine, G-Wiz, St. Armands Circle, boat rentals, deep sea fishing and much more. You’ll be just a two hour drive to Disney World, MGM Studios, Universal Studio theme parks and a 75 minute drive to Busch Gardens. Amenities include High Speed Internet/WiFi, bring your laptop if you want to keep in touch. There is a 61” TV, 7.1 surround sound system, 2 additional TVs, 2 DVD players, CD player, appliances including washer and dryer, furniture, beds, beds linens and towels. Propane grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and children's sand toys. You will LOVE it!!
