Beautifully furnished log home. Master suite on main floor with king bed, two additional queen berdoom suites, one queen futon sleeper. All furnishings are new, Kitchen has all Stainless steel appliances. Includes use of resort facilities including the Rumbling Bald mountain country club, use of the three swimming pools, tennis courts, private beach, marina with boat rentals, canoe & kayak rentals. Relax in the natural setting of the blue ridge mountains with a private beach, fitness center, sauna and whirlpool tub. Fall Weekend Get Away

This house is amazing! Very clean and organized. It was the perfect get away for the weekend. Plenty of room for our room of 7. We had some grill trouble on the first night and couldnt get it to hold a consistent flame. We called the owner on Saturday morning and she was very responsive and told us exactly how to fix it. Got it working perfectly for steaks on Saturday night. I would highly recommend staying at this property. The owner made it very easy to stay.

Excellent vacation home!

This house is everything it is described to be and more! The only disappointment we had was that we had to leave! We brought our adult family here for the Christmas/New Year holidays and loved every moment. Each bedroom having its own suite is a big plus and the extra bath upstairs is a nice convenience. The kitchen, bedrooms and baths are fully equipped and clean! The Dish TV, fireplace and pool table were added comfort. And the use of Rumbling Bald Resort & Spa was a welcomed bonus. It's nearby Chimney Rock and close enough to Asheville for a nice day trip. An added treat was watching the deer from the large back deck and the wild turkeys daily from the front windows! Jenny and Rich are first-class owners..professional, attentive and thoughtful. You cannot go wrong with this location!

Clean, spacious and comfortable home in the mountains

We attended a wedding in Lake Lure and wanted to rent a home for three couples. This property was excellent. The home is very well furnished, spacious and very clean. Nice TV / audio system to catch up on Saturday afternoon football and relax. The back deck is is wonderful and the view of the stars at night was amazing. The "neighborhood" is very rural, quite and beautiful The owner was prompt and verify responsive to all my inquiries and very professional. We would certainly consider this home again if we visited Lake Lure. If you are attending events at Rumbling Bald Resort this is a great location, it's very close to the resort.

An excellent experience. The owners were available and quick to reply to our initial inquiries. The house is clean, extremely comfortable and very well furnished. It was great to come back to the house after a full day of hiking and sight seeing. We always felt at home which made our stay that much more enjoyable. We highly recommend this house to all.

We had a wonderful vacation at beautiful Lake Lure! Your house is so nice, we immediately felt right at home. I'm so glad we decided on this particular house, it was perfect for our two grandchildren 10 and 7 who loved all the amenities at Rumbling Bald resort...the pool and beach area were great and so close! I would recommend this property without reservation. It was clean and well maintained...the bedrooms spacious and beds very comfortable. Thanks for being available to answer our few questions so quickly. We had a great time and hope to do it again some year.
