Perfect location for boaters and beach lovers, located In the Midnight Cove II complex. Our condo is on the third floor with a fantastic water view, looking out over Roberts Bay. We are across the street from beautiful Crescent Beach and it is only a few minutes walk through the development to the sand. OUR CONDO IS FOR SALE! STRONG RENTAL HISTORY, AMAZING LOCATION. PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR DETAILS! The decor is inspired by Tommy Bahama and has a flat screen TV, digital cable and wireless Internet available. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen and a washer and dryer on the lanai. One bedroom has a King sized bed and the other has two separate single beds. The Italian leather sofa in the living area pulls out into a queen bed for two additional guests. Close by there is golf, fishing and world class shopping in St. Armands Square. The condo is an easy drive from Sarasota Airport (15 minutes) or 90 minutes from Tampa or Ft. Myers. Siesta Key beach is consistently rated as one of the world's most beautiful beaches and the sand is an amazing white powder. A unique feature is that the sand never gets too hot, regardless of the temperature. There are many great restaurants in the area and if you decide to travel to Orlando to visit DisneyWorld, SeaWorld or Universal Studios, it is an easy trip.

Notes: we have beach chairs and umbrellas in the storage closet for your use. We have all major appliances, and most small appliances. We take pride in our condo so you will find everything in excellent condition. There are several outdoor BBQ grills and picnic tables on the complex property and available for your use. The outdoor pool is very nice, and there are also spotless tennis courts You can literally go fishing a few feet from the back of the condo as we are right on the bay.
