This is a gorgeous 750 square foot apartment. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a twin size bed in the second room, a sofa bed in the living room, a dining table for 4, and a full size bathroom. The apartment is kept meticulously clean and in excellent condition.

The apartment is located in Ridgewood, a nice, safe, residential neighborhood on the border of Brooklyn and Queens. We have a supermarket steps from the apartment, a restaurant-cafe a block away and a grocery store 150 feet away. There is also free street parking. The commute to Manhattan is very convenient. We are just 3 blocks (4 minute walk) from the subway (L train) and 8 stops from 14Th Street Union Square (Manhattan). The L train takes less than 2 min per stop, so you'll be in Manhattan (Union Square, Chelsea, East Village, West Village, Soho, Gramercy Flatiron) in 15 to 20 minutes.

Everthing was exactly as in the description. Rodrigo and his people were very helpful and always very responsive even in advance with mail or telephone. We had a great time in New York City with two adults and two children riding nearly every day with subway to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Coney Island, Long Island for sightseeing. This property is very recommendable for families and for a visit without car.

Great value for the price!

I didn't actually stay in this exact apartment, as the same owner had a more suitable option for me in a studio apartment, but as far as the location, pricing and everything goes, I loved City Life Management! Rodrigo was super nice (even though I didn't really even need him for anything during the week I stayed at their place as everything worked perfect), the apartment was clean and fully equipped and the neighborhood surprisingly peaceful, considering that it's just a couple of blocks from a bit more restless areas :)

I would definitely recommend anybody travelling to NYC on a budget to contact these people for availability.

Best time ever!

I can't tell you enough great things about this apartment and Rodrigo! We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and it was so fantastic! When we arrived it was larger than the pictures showed it to be and it was so clean. We didn't have to worry about towels or linens...all it took was shooting Rodrigo a quick text and he was on it! The neighborhood is safe. The building was quite. We were just a couple of blocks from the L train...and the walk was so nice. The coffee shop on the corner before the train is so cute and the staff was so friendly. And for the late night walks home the gyro truck was so delicious. I will no doubt stay here again. Thank you so much Rodrigo!

Great Place to Stay!

This was a great place to stay!I chose to stay in a vacation rental because i wanted my kids to experience living in a neighborhood in New York. It was cute, clean and neat. right around the corner from the grocery store. just across the street from a beautiful catholic church that had english, spanish and polish mass. This is a working class neighborhood and the neighbors were friendly. The subway is a short walk away and this place really was a great place to relax after a day in the city. Rodrigo was very nice and accomidating. If I had to improve on anything it would be the cable. Better cable would've been nice, I really wanted to watch CNN when we got home or watch a movie on cable sometimes. Parking- make sure you read the signs carefuly before you park, "No Standing" means dont park there (we got towed) Other than that I would definately reccomend this place to anyone traveling to New York. Perfect location for people on the budget

Staying at Rodrigo's place has been a very pleasant experience. The apartment is exactly as stated in the announce, it take abt 30 min to get to Manhattan but Bedford (brooklyn) is even closer, and is a very attractive scene for young people to spend an exciting night. Metro L line is just few mins walk, but you'll find any kind of service nearby. The place is clean and large (at least for NYC standards) but more important Rodrigo hosts in a very familiar atmosphere and is ready to help if needed. I'd definitely recommend this place for young people on the budget.
