This is a gorgeous 750 square foot apartment. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a twin size bed in the second room, a sofa bed in the living room, a dining table for 4, and a full size bathroom. The apartment is kept meticulously clean and in excellent condition. The apartments are located in Ridgewood, a nice, safe, residential neighborhood on the border of Brooklyn and Queens. We have a supermarket steps from the apartments, a cafe around the block and a grocery store 100 feet away. It's really convenient if you have to go to Manhattan everyday. We are 3 and 1/2 blocks from the subway and 8 stops from 14Th Street (Manhattan). The L train takes less than 2 min per stop, so you'll be in Manhattan (Union Square, Chelsea, East Village, West Village, Soho, Gramercy Flatiron) in 15 minutes.

Everthing was exactly as in the description. Rodrigo and his people were very helpful and always very responsive even in advance with mail or telephone. We had a great time in New York City with two adults and two children riding nearly every day with subway to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Coney Island, Long Island for sightseeing. This property is very recommendable for families and for a visit without car.

Great Value, Good, Safe location

This apartment is very close to the subway and is in a nice residential neighborhood. The grocery store is right around the corner, and there are lots of places to pick up dinner within walking distance. The apartment is immaculate and quiet. There is ample sitting room in the living area, everything works in the kitchen, and the sofa in the living room converts to a nice sized bed. All linens were clean and there are two window air conditioners that keep the place perfect. Rodrigo is extremely prompt with any request and is very helpful. Parking was not a problem. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice clean place. We are a family of 5 and I felt safe here with my 3 young children. It really is a nice rental.

We were really nervous about renting an apartment from someone we weren't familiar with, instead of a hotel. I am so glad we did. The apartment was very clean and in a nice area. Rodrigo was great and very accommodating. If we had questions, we just called him and he got right back to us with the answers. We would not hesitate to stay in one of Rodrigo's rental properties again. We had a great time.

the apartment was clean and well maintained. Subway is very accessible and without delay even on the weekend. Parking across the street was safe and not a problem. Grocery around the block and cheap places to eat by the subway station. Rodridgo was awesome and super helpful. Would stay here again and recommend the apartment to friends!

a very nice stay

We stayed five days in this appartment, and it was a very enjoyable experience. The owner is nice and very easy to contact, the place is close to the subway station and just next to a supermarket. Perfect for 5-6 people.
