Large house just a short walk to beach. Located on beach side of Butler-on 8th Place. Butler is the main street on Tybee which runs along the Ocean. Easy access to beach. There are 5 bedrooms . The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need. All linens are provided. There are 2 full baths and 3 1/2 baths and a shower downstairs. Large screen in porch to sit and relax. Fenced in yard and off street parking. House is located on a quite, private street with no thru traffic. TV's in each bedroom. Garage and back gate locks are keyed alike so same combo works on both locks.

House located on beautiful Tybee Island. Small town relaxed feeling with everything you need near by. Just a few minutes away from Historic Savannah and Fort Pulaski, Paula Dean's Restaurant and River Street and lots of sight seeing. Near two malls in Savannah and an Outlet mall near I-95. Lots of great Restaurants and shopping on the Island. Bike rentals near by within walking distance.

Beautiful historic house located on 8th Place on the beach side of Butler- just a short walk to the beach. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths and 3 1/2 baths and a shower and 1/2 bath downstairs. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need. All linens and towels are furnished. Fenced in yard and off street parking. House is located on a private street with no parking meters or thru traffic. Parking on side and front of house and also in the garage. There is also a vacant lot next door for parking. Lots of rooms for family and friends. Large screened porch to sit and relax and enjoy life at the beach.

Tybee is just a few minutes from downtown Savannah. Lots of tourist attactions. Will furnish any info needed upon request.

OUR RETREAT AT NANA'S

When we arrived at Nana's everyone was pretty pleased with my selection for our vaycay. There was one thing that kinda put people off it was the pictures of the owners family all over the TV stand, I understand that it is her home but that is the first time we rented a house and the owner left family pics all over but no worries we just layed them face down and sat them up right when we left. I loved the screened in porched we would stay out there all night:) and the close locality to the beach:) We always cook dinner everynight when on vaycay on Tybee, the kitchen is a bit small but there was plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc..to make it fun and easy we just could'nt have more than 2 cooks in the kitchen:) It was nice having 3 bathrooms and showers not to much waiting.The rooms are adorable and the owner is a sweetheart. I would suggest maybe offering the keys to the garage so the renter won't have to walk around to the other side and there was a dart board don't know if there were darts to go with it maybe some kind of list to let the renter know some basic things about the home. But all in all we had a fantabulos time hated to leave because we love Tybee so much! We were on the main drag (Butler) but the location of Nana's makes you feel away from the world. Plenty to do on the beach we loved being total beach bums but if you want to do some shopping or restaurants they got em' and we always go Savannah and hit River Street! If you have a large party then I highly recommend Nana's Retreat that way the cost can be split up amongst you. We will be back!:)
