This centrally located 3-level townhouse was built just over 6 years ago and has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and is just a 7 minute walk to Commercial Street, a 5 minute walk to the grocery & liquor stores, and a 10 minute bicycle ride to Herring Cove Beach. The first floor is an open kitchen, dining and living room w/gas fireplace and a 1/2 bath as well as a sliding door to a patio with gas grill and teak patio table and chair set. Two queen-sized bedrooms & full bath on second floor. The master suite is on the third floor with full bath and sliders to deck with Adirondack chair loungers with partial views of the Provincetown harbor and distant views of Herring Cove. The unit has hardwood floors throughout, dishwasher, washer, dryer, central air (3 zones), garage, & parking for 2 additional cars. Equipped with WIFI. The unit was recently completely refurnished and redecorated. This Is A Non-Smoking Unit!! Maximum Occupancy Is 6 People. Pets Not Allowed Per Condo Association Rul
