Description of the Plum Island vacation house rental
This beautiful 4-bedroom ocean front house is one of the only ocean front homes available for rent on peaceful Plum Island. The house features an expansive open air deck on 2 sides of the house; with nearly 500 sq feet of deck there is plenty for room for family and friends to enjoy the sunlight or the beautiful sunsets. The house features 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms (up stairs and down stairs) and a kitchen dining area and full bath. The upstairs living room has breath taking ocean views. The room is 12 x 32 feet and has vaulted ceiling, wood stove and two 4x8 foot picture windows to view the ocean. The house has 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, one has king bed, one has queen bed. The kitchen, dining room and living room and full bath are all located on the 1st floor. Off the dining area the door opens to the deck with BBQ grill and ample deck furniture. There is plenty of off street parking. Special offer- 50% discount on in-shore fishing charter!!

Deep sea fishing, kayak rentals, whale watch tours, harbor tours and private fishing charters are all offered on Plum Island or in downtown Newburyport. The Parker River National Wildlife Refuge lies at the southern end of Plum Island it offers world class bird watching opportunities and short hikes for the casual visitor.
