Beautiful, peaceful getaway

I stayed here with my family and relatives (they had the cottage), and enjoyed the stay tremendously. The place is rustic in a good way, perfect for kids, who still remember this as one of their most favorite vacation spots.
For outdoor activities, simply walk down a very short boardwalk, hit completely white sand, and jump in the water. We saw lots of sea turtles, a tiger ray, and other marine life while snorkeling. An underwater reserve is nearby, which is great to explore snorkeling as well.
Grace Bay may be one of the most beautiful beaches you'll see, it's well worth the trip. A few larger resorts are up the beach some way, but far enough that you won't really see many people from there.
The rest of the island is rather quiet - if you go, visit the conch farm at the eastern end, and kayak to Iguana Island, also on the eastern end. While there, you can rent scuba gear and go on tours with a very friendly team. All of it is well worth the trip.
I highhly recommend this location for a beautiful, peaceful getaway.
