Photos and Description of the Dedham vacation house rental 3 Bedrooms 1.5 Bath Sleeps 6 - 10 people and has large family room

This is a custom built home with wrap around porch that sits just feet from the water in a protected cove. Walk into the water or dive of the rocks. Overlooks Phillips lake which is a spring fed cold water lake that features some of the best waterfront homes in the area. Just 45 minutes from Acadia and central to Bangor and Ellsworth. Home has a lodge feel but all the modern conveniences. Full walkout basement that has a large family room with large granite fireplace. Pool table for entertaining and sleeping area for extra guests. 1st floor has a living room, dining and kitchen with cathedral ceiling and wall of windows overlooking the water. Wrap deck for reading, eating food from the barbecue grill or just relaxing in the sun. 2 bedroom, full bath and a laundry area complete the 1st floor. 2nd floor has a large loft with 2 beds and a half bath. As of 06/15/09 only 2 wks left. Property next door is available for 1st time this year please inquire if your weeks are booked
