Near a variety of restaurants, shopping and golf...yet in a quiet and secure setting.

Tuscany at Innisbrook is a well-planned gated condo community built in 2002 adjacent to the world famous Innisbrook Golf Resort. Tuscany features resort-style amenities including two tropical heated pools with sundecks, outdoor waterfall hot tub, tennis, sports court, car wash, Bar BQ area, comunity patrol, valet (3 nites/week at your door)garbage pick up, impressive clubhouse with HD theatre, billiard room, Internet business center and state of the art fitness center.

Ground floor of townhome has garage with room enough for one vehicle and storage. Additional dedicated parking space in front of unit. Washer and dryer in unit. Upstairs is the large living area, dining area, full kitchen with walk-in pantry, master bedroom with walk in closet and bath with garden tub. Screened balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the gorgeous lake, wildlife and sunset views!

This tastefully decorated condo is newly furnished and fully equipped with all appliances, kitchen items, linens, etc. High ceilings and crown molding. High speed Internet and Cable TV. Two TVs (living area and bedroom). A very private and quiet unit. Immaculately clean. Strict policy of no smoking and no pets. $1,350/mo includes all utilities except telephone. Rate is higher in winter due to demand. CONDO ASSOC REQUIRES MINIMUM OF 3 MONTHS RENTAL TERM FOR THIS CONDO. CONDO ASSOC HAS A FEE OF $100 FOR ALL NEW RENTERS. We believe the quality of our property and the amenities offered by Tuscany at Innisbrook community to be superior to most alternatives in the furnished rental market.
