House, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6-11)

This cottage is located 1 mile from route 123, minutes from restaurants and shopping and just 10 minutes from Death Valley. It is on a private road with very little vehicle activity. No worrying about children.

Recently remodeled, it is ready for those football weekends or family getaways. The lake, with terrific views is right off the front yard. Located on a good-sized cove, this cottage provides an opportunity for all the guests to watch the skiing, boarding or tubing.

You can enjoy four bedrooms with three full baths (with a total of 6 beds), a large eat in kitchen with all the appliances and cooking utensils you are likely to need, a TV room with a 46” flat screen, a sound system to make you think you are at the theater and a large deck overlooking the lake.

Did we mention the private pool in the back yard or the private boat ramp for your use right next door? There is plenty of dock space for your toys. Parking for cars, trailers or RVs.

If you are an early bird, enjoy the sunrise with a hot beverage from the deck. The sunsets are beautiful from the edge of the cove.

Sleeping accommodations:

Room 1: 2 Queen size beds and adjoining bath

Room 2: Queen size bed, bath across the hall

Room 3: Queen size and a single, bath across the hall

Room 4: Queen size bed. Private bath

Need more? 2 less fortunates will have to use the sofas

For larger families or reunions book the cottage next door too (185707, The Hoolihan House).

The description is completely accurate.. It is truelly a wonderful home away from home.. Has everything a family or a group of friends need. Loved the location!!! Waterfront property and boat dock made it a perfect bass fishing get away that we had in mind. Plenty of room for parking and more of a private area. rate this place A++++...we will be back again...

Wonderful vacation! The view of the lake while playing at the pool or sitting on the front porch, the fishing, and the lake fun was just what our family needed. The home is close to everything, and still there is little traffic near the home. The bedrooms were quiet, even when others were in the kitchen/living room area. The owner was very nice and made sure that we were happy with the home. The home was neat and clean. The home was just as described in the listing and very well furnished. I have recommended this property to others

Our stay at the Davis house was amazing! The view of the water was great. A true home away from home! The kitchen is well equipped and it is obvious much thought was put into it. There are all kinds of considerate extras. There is no traffic on the road. This made for a relaxing time while keeping watch over young children. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. The owner of the home was more than helpful. I would recommend the Davis house over and over again! Thanks Ron for a memorable week!
