Large 5 bedroom colonial, quiet location in southern Beach Haven. Walk or bike to town, July 4th Fireworks (they are awesome - we promise!!), groceries, shops, restaurants, theatre, Fantasy Island amusement park/water park. Walking to the park/playground and tennis courts. 12 houses to the beach - no need to cross the main blvd. to get sandy. We provide 4 beach badges and beach wagon. The neighborhood is far enough away from the amusements and town to give you serenity and quiet, but close enough that you can walk to avoid the traffic and parking. This house is ideal for an extended family vacation, with a downstairs bedroom for grandparents, and 4 bedrooms upstairs for kids of all ages. There is a retractable awning for the back deck, as well as a covered porch in front, both of which are wonderful for enjoying a glass of wine (OK - a cold beer too!!) at the end of a great day at the beach. The house was made for family, fun, and relaxation!

Long Beach Island is one of the most family-oriented beach communities on the Jersey Shore. Beach Haven has amusements, shopping, and fine restaurants, and our house is in a quiet neighborhood, where you will think that 'everyone knows your name'. Our house is large enough, if you need to get away from all the family distractions, yet small enough to gather right back for a family meal, and a glass of wine. We renovated this house with FAMILY in mind. We are certain that family memories made in our house will last a lifetime!
