This mansion is located in one of Las Vegas newest neighborhoods, in the heart of Silverado Ranch, 2 minutes to the new South Point Casino Hotel and Las Vegas Boulevard, world famous 'Strip'. Set in a private gated community, and only a few moments from, shopping, dinning, parks, airport and the Las Vegas Strip. This fantastic home offers 9 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, The master bedroom is about 1000 square feet and has a separate private bedroom making the master a 2 bedroom suite. There is a separate guest house with kitchen, bath and is right next to the beautiful swimming pool that has a swim up bar, swim in cave + seating and cascading waterfall. The back yard is an outside oasis and is a resort itself. The home boasts upscale appointments and furnishings throughout and was professionally decorated by interior designer.
