I am the North American Sales Manager for a Swedish company. I live in southern Wisconsin but also spend as much time as I can at my home in Exeland.
Jim purchased this house in 2007
Why Jim chose Exeland
My grandparents first moved to Exelend in the early 1900's to farm, and I continue to have family in the area. The land my home is on was once the dairy farm of my great uncle. They moved when the farm was destroyed by a tornado. I always looked forward to going 'up north' as a kid, and still do as an adult. There is something about the natural wonders, the fresh air, clear starry nights, and the clear waters of the lake that make it a relaxing and refreshing change to the hectic world. Someday this will be my retirement home, so it is not just a 'rental property'. It is decorated and maintained as my home.
What makes this house unique
If you are looking for jet ski's and water parks, this is probably not the place for you. If you are looking to re-connect with your family on vacation on a beautiful little lake, this is the place.
