Fully furnished home located in the village of La Jolla - under a 5 minute walk to the shops & restaurants, and less than a mile from the beach.

This home features an open floor plan looking out onto a private yard with a beautiful black bottom pool.

It is very well stocked with everything you will need - a true Home away from Home.

Ocean views from both of the two master bedrooms - each with a king size bed and flat screen tv.

Two additional bedrooms - one with 2 single beds and the other with 1 double bed,

Plus the garage has been converted to a large room with a queen bed as well as a day bed & trundle, and tv .

There is also a fantastic kid's play house in the yard, which is fully fenced & secure.

The private heated swimming pool,spa and built in BBQ make

it is the perfect spot for outdoor Californian living.

Rental includes weekly pool service, gardener & housekeeping service.

Utilities (gas & electricity) additional to rental charges.

so we can help with any questions you may have, as well as

As a general note - this property is comparable to those at about double its price......

but we prefer to keep it more accessible at the cost lower.

Amazing !!!!

From the very start this house rental was perfect . Response was prompt and all questions were handled with respect and humor !
Ten of us ... All family members stayed at this wonderful house and loved the way it sprawled so that we all felt that we had our "space" . Home was immaculate and wonderfully decorated in an interesting way that was welcoming and so very comfortable . Down comforters on all the beds, plenty of bureau and closet space and four bathrooms made life easy for all of us !
My ten year old grandson summed it up within minutes of our being there ... "This is the most AMAZING house I have ever been in , Nana . He was absolutely correct !
Heated pool and jacuzzi were used daily and we all got in our walk or run to the the beach which is only two miles from the house. Parking was easy and neighborhood quiet .
We cooked on the grill for relatives and friends that had come in for my daughter's wedding and were able to enjoy quality time without feeling crowded or in a noisy restaurant .
Can't say enough good about this place. I do know that I will keep it on my "must return to" list !!!
Thank you Paige and Linda for making our stay even more memorable !!!

MFBR Birthday Celebration

This house was perfect for us. There were 9 of us including 4 couples. The youngest was 40 and the oldest 78. We had a wonderful time walking to town for breakfast at The Cottage (great), the Sunday market, and beach area. It also is convenient for Sea World and San Diego attractions. Sitting around the pool in the sunshine and playing cards at night were special family times together. By the way a great round table for 9 for cards. We would highly recommend this house for it's layout and convenience. Our children and grandchildren stayed there in the past and there are so many toys, videos and games available to keep children well occupied as well as "mature children"
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

Perfect for a family reunion

This 5 bedroom location is perfect. Everything was about 15-20 minutes away (the airport, golfing, sea kayaking, Segway rental) or closer. The only problem we had was getting the WIFI connection for 10 devises (smartphones, computers, tablets, etc.) to work with any efficiency. Otherwise, everyone loved having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was very well supplied which was great since we ended up doing most breakfasts, packing lunches & 1 or 2 dinners at 'home'. The weather was on the cool side while we were there but that worked well for us since no one is really into sunbathing. Be aware that there isn't air conditioning in the house but ceiling fans abound. We were all very happy there and if they get the modem/wireless router updated, we'll be back!
Owner's Response: The wifi is the fastest available connection through Time Warner. We have scheduled a service appointment with them to have them check that all is working properly & to replace the modem to the latest model if it is out of date. We hope that this will fix any issues.

40th anniversary

We had a fantastic stay; the layout of
the house, the amenities, and the warmth
could not have been better. We only used
the pool and hot tub for one day since we
took in all the local sights. Also love the
La Jolla yoga studio. What a perfect way
to spend our 40th anniversary with our
children and grandchildren and for one day
my Mom: 4 generations!! We hope to do
this again. Thanks for helping
to make this milestone week so memorable.

Dear Paige,
I want to tell you how much our whole family enjoyed being in your house.
It was so very well equipped. We loved the pool and spent hours in it.
Also it was so nice to have Linda show us around the place, and your book of instructions was terrific.
Thank again for providing such a great get away.
We truly had a great time and I wrote out a glowing review but it required me to sign up to Facebook which I didn’t wish to do.
I do hope we will be able to come to Cabrillo again in the future.
