Ocean, Canal, And Intracoastal Waterway Views, and Sunsets made to order. This home has it all: plenty of room for your family to spread out; elevator; private dock with deep water access to the ICW; mid-island location with short walk to beach, community center, fishing pier, ice cream parlor, arcades, mini-golf, restaurants and museum. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen; separate dining room overlooking canal; gas fireplace in great room; huge (and private) outdoor shower; wireless internet throughout house. Our house was built with accessibility in mind: Elevator goes to all living levels; most interior doorway are 36' wide and the only thresholds are exterior down to decks. The Green bedroom is attached to bathroom w/ ADA compliant fixtures and large accessible shower. Four bedrooms have private bathrooms. Fifth bedroom has been furnished as a separate den, with queen-size pullout couch.
