Bethany Beach Vacation Rental house

This was our first family vacation, including our 3 year old granddaughter. Everything about the house and location met our needs and all our expections. We were all able to be together in one common area, and all able to have our space. We love the private beach area especially with a little one.
We would recommend the house to anyone, especially if there is more than one family. We hope to make it an annual trip!

This place was freaking awesome. It had been 10 years since I have been to the beach and 15 years for my husband. Our son had never been to the beach until now. We are definitely planning vacation for next year at the same property. Possibly June 26-July 3, 2010.

We fell in love with this house and did not want to leave to come home. We loved the property. The only thing we could not find was the cooler. The owner told me it used to be there. The views from this place are amazing. Let us just say this “the pictures here and on the mouse on house website don't even do the property justice.”

It is more astoundingly awesome than the pictures shown on here. This place is very, very well stocked. The only thing you should need to bring is clothes and food. The rest is already there. Including a boatload of games to play. Some not even used at all. In addition, there are two sets of monopoly games. This was our sons first time ever at the beach and he had a blast. The beach access is literally right out from the door under the house. The sunrises were amazing. It is a very well maintained and clean property. The beds are to die for. They are so comfortable. Great customer service by the owner. This place is most definitely recommended to family and friends. We will be returning next year with family in tow. There is a great little community playground in the Tower Shores community where this house is. The beach is not overly crowded since it is on private beach. There are no lifeguards on this part of the beach so watch your children carefully.

As for activities, attractions, and restaurants we definitely suggest stopping by the Baja Grille in town (about 2 miles from the house). Their breakfast burrito is so huge and they have a salsa bar...their white chocolate mocha is to die for.

The boardwalk fries are awesome.

We suggest not shopping and the Rhodes 5 & 10 store in town. Their prices are outrageous.

The best place to get shirts is same side of Garfield Parkway in town that the little convience store is on. At the corner, it is a white house type building. They had ones that were three for $10 and 3 for $15. Great deals!

The best place for seafood is South Bethany Seafood Market on Coastal Highway near the Dollar General Store! Great prices and fresh every morning.

Sea Shell City in Fenwick is also another great place to buy souvenirs.

We recommend playing miniature golf down there in one of their many courses

There is nothing like the beach in November. The air was crisp the crowds are gone and the beaches are deserted. You can see the Milky Way from the deck on the roof. The beach house was wonderful. A fantastic master bedroom with a panoramic view of the ocean. The house was fully equipped to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. We just sit back and relaxed and enjoyed a weekend. What great getaway and a great place to have it. Clean quiet comfortable with lots of room and places to watch TV, play cards or enjoy a quiet book. The amenities are great for the family vacation or the quiet romantic getaway. Your going to love this place. We'll be back.
