Photos and Description of the Folly Field vacation condo rental 1 Bedroom, (new king size bed), New Queen Sleeper Sofa, 1 & 1/2 Baths, Sleeps 4

Come and stay in our large one-bedroom villa at 143 Island Club. It is on the first floor with a beautiful lagoon view located in the row of one-bedroom units closest to the ocean. It is also a short distance to the three heated terraced pools. Our villa is perfect for singles, couples and families. The villa contains a brand new king-size bed and a brand new queen-size sleeper sofa and love seat. The villa has one and a half baths. The kitchen has a full-sized stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave and is well stocked with small appliances and a brand new (2008) washer and dryer. There is a dining room table that seats six. The covered patio area overlooks the lagoon with a lit fountain. The living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway were painted in January of 2008. The Island Club is an Oceanfront resort with free tennis for our guests, hot tub, weight room, basketball court, playground, free cable TV, outdoor storage for beach supplies, bike rentals & much more!
