A quiet getaway on Mission Bay near the Mission Bay Yacht Club, and only a short stroll across Mission Blvd to popular Mission Beach. You can check out the waves from the master bedroom and then turn around to watch sailboats streaking across Sail Bay. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo offers the best of both worlds. Our second floor condo offers a well equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room (sofabed) that open out onto a balcony and a stunning bayside view. The second floor provides cool breezes and great views along with privacy. The master bedroom has a king size bed with 400 thread count sheets and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with 400 thread count sheets, a Pack and Play crib, and a redecorated bathroom across the hall. Enjoy 2 TVs,(40in HD LCD,32 in) Blu-ray DVD player, DVD/VCR with video library, and a tandem kayak to paddle around the bay. Step out onto the bayside boardwalk for a stroll, bike ride, or a short walk to rent a boat or jetski.

After watching the sun rise over the water from your recliner, step out onto Bayside Walk, curving around Mission Bay (one of the most scenic walking and biking trails in Southern California), or join the throng of bikers, boarders, and joggers on the oceanside Boardwalk. You may decide to watch the waves from a beachside eatery or brave one of California's original wooden roller coasters at Belmont Park. Rent a sailboat or jetski. Take a short drive to world class museums in Balboa Park and the world famous San Diego Zoo. Spend the day watching whales and dolphins at Sea World. Wild Animal Park is an easy drive north and Disneyland is an hour and a half away. Return to your recliner for the evening fireworks exploding over Sea World.

Great location and nice property.

This was our first time staying on Mission Bay (as opposed to the ocean). This property is a very short walk from the ocean. it is also an easy walk to Belmont Park and numerous restaurants. It is clean and had everything the family (wiith children aged 6 and 8) needed for the beach. The view at night was just as beautiful as it was during the day.

We had a great time staying at this condo! My son is 2 and it was a great place to take him. He was able to sleep in the back room while we had fun with friends in the living room without disturbing him. We loved the view and the location was awesome. We rented bikes, played at the beach and bay, and took long walks. There was ample parking nearby (even though it was Memorial Day weekend) and a spot that comes with the unit. The condo was comfortable and had every amenity described! We hope to make this an annual trip!

Great location - accomodating owners..

The included pictures and description are accurate. Chris and Lisa communicated with us well and the whole process was great. The property is conveniently located to a number of dining / shopping / recreation options. Out back there is a great view of the bay from the patio and a nice little beach for the kids to play in the sand. A couple of blocks the other way is the ocean and great beach scene. The condo was very roomy and our kids really enjoyed the bucket of toys and books / games / videos.
We will definately stay again next time in the area.
