Situated on a quiet Anna Maria Island street. The location is fabulous to enjoy the spectacular sunsets on the Gulf. Just 1 and a half blocks (250 yards) to the most beautiful beach in the world. White sand and the sea breeze off the Gulf of Mexico. 1 block to the Bay and Bayside Park, offering great fishing with a playground. This is a favorite spot for dolphins. Completely updated and furnished with a relaxing 'beachy' decor and ceramic tile throughout. Cottage features a brand new bath & kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass tile accent, Corian counters, and a private screened lanai and deck. Outdoor beach shower after a day at the beach and in the sun.

Our stay at the Coconut Cottage was great. We stayed in the smaller 2 bedroom portion of the cottage and it was more than enough room. About 2 blocks from the beach, the location was perfect. I highly recommend it.

Vacation rental on anna maria island was just as discribed in the advertisement. Location was very good, close to main road, beach & bay within a block. Restaurants within a close range. Grocery shopping was convenient. Property was clean, very well maintained. Large hd tv was great. Kitchen well equipped. We were able to bring our pets. Very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this property as a good vacation rental. Well worth the price. Free island trolley very convenient just a couple of blocks from house (blocks in florida are not as long as a big city)
