** If interested in June 11-July 7, ask about our 3BR Beach House sublet that could be an awesome opportunity!
Come over and enjoy a piece of the beautiful North Shore in the quaint town of Waialua. This split-level condominium is right across the street from a beautiful beach and is the end unit (much more privacy and fresh air) closest to the ocean. This is also one of the only beaches on the North Shore where you can still swim/snorkel when the surf is huge!
The unit has all new tile floors, washer and dryer, stainless kitchen appliances, a fully stocked kitchen for plenty of home cooking, etc. It is very clean and spacious, has a great breeze (as well as ceiling fans), and a lanai with mountain views (as well as an ocean view from the doorstep to check the surf!). This 2BR unit includes queen beds in both bedrooms, a twin and a queen aero-bed, and a toddler bed and pack-n-play available upon request (sleeps up to 6 guests). The bedrooms are downstairs and the living room, dining area, kitchen, and lanai are upstairs so there is plenty of space for everyone!
Located in one of the most well-kept condominium complexes in Waialua, which includes a swimming pool, barbecue area, sauna, keyed elevator, and on-site resident manager. Just a five-minute ride down the bike path to historic Haleiwa town (plenty of shops, groceries, restaurants, etc) and just steps away from some great surf breaks. A perfect place for the kids with the beachfront playground and basketball courts just a block away.
Great location for a family vacation or extended stay for work or pleasure. Call the number below for more information and availability. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $120 that applies to all stays.

In response to feedback from the partially unsatisifed guest of the above review, I must say that the dissatisfaction stems from the fact that these guests booked through a travel agent rather than communicating with the owner directly and were expecting more of a "tourist friendly" hotel atmosphere so I must first say to anyone interested that this is a vacation rental in a residential neighborhood on the north shore (as opposed to a hotel accomodation in Waikiki). As for the noise they spoke of, this is usually not an issue (I also have lived in the complex for over 7 yrs and love it!) but I did find out afterwards that during those few days, there were some renovations going on in a neighboring unit which increased the normally low level of noise/ foot traffic. As for the sauna, the entire sauna and pool area were renovated in April 2010 and look excellent! As for the elevator, louvers, and TV remotes, they are all functioning and the worn couch ottoman has been discarded. Aside from these issues that they spoke of, the condo, property, and surrounding area is just as beautiful and well maintained as always and if you enjoy the outdoors, the Hawaiian lifestyle, and can enjoy the trades rather than AC (as we all do), you will not regret this stay!
