Family owned.Cape Cod style, airy, clean with 5 large rooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, parking. 2 bedrooms-queen beds, air mattresses. Large living area with sectional sleeper(queen)couch and chairs. Combo Dining/Kitchen area furnished with hardwood table and 6 chairs; washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, equipped with dishes, flatware, utensils, pots + pans, linens. Cable and wireless. Lawn furniture, gas grill, picnic table, hot/cold outdoor shower.
