Family owned.Cape Cod style, airy, clean with 5 large rooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, parking. 2 bedrooms-queen beds, air mattresses. Large living area with sectional sleeper(queen)couch and chairs. Combo Dining/Kitchen area furnished with hardwood table and 6 chairs; washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, equipped with dishes, flatware, utensils, pots + pans, linens. Cable and internet. Lawn furniture, gas grill, picnic table, hot/cold outdoor shower.

A Wonderful Vacation in Narragansett RI

" We spent 2 wonderful weeks in RI and the property we stayed at was a definite plus. The house is exactly the way it is described online as well as the location to Scarborough Beach. You can actually see the ocean from the front of the property! The house can easily accommodate 4-6 people.
Generally speaking, the neighborhood was very quiet. However, this is not an isolated house by any means, so if that's what you're looking for this is not it.
The property was clean and well maintained, and the owner made herself available in case of problems. When a beach chair didn't work properly we asked for a replacement and the owner went out and bought 2 new beach chairs!
We loved being so close to the ocean as well as many other places in RI for sightseeing and hiking.
Because our stay was great, I hesitate to even mention any negatives, which were few. Online, under general amenities, an alarm clock, paper towels and toilet paper are mentioned. There was no alarm clock and only a few days worth of toilet paper and paper towels. Since we were staying 2 weeks it would have been nice to have had these things provided. However, these minor inconveniences certainly did not put a damper on our stay.
We would highly recommend this property to a friend or family member. "
