Spend your Chatham vacation in this beautiful new 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home located less than 200 feet from Ridgevale Beach. A truly unique and custom home boasting a main floor master bedroom with queen, second floor master suite with queen, second floor bedroom with queen, and a second floor bedroom with four twins. There is a gourmet kitchen with a Viking cook top, two ovens, and garbage disposal. There are hardwood floors and granite counter tops throughout. The house has all the frills: central air, both gas and wood burning fireplaces, plasma TV with stereo surround sound plus 3 additional TVs (include NESN) with DVDs, and wireless internet service. Three of the bedrooms have private mahogany decks plus a main deck off of the living room, an outside shower, all high end furnishings and water views from every room. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are included.
