Fully furnished and equipped house. This contemporary style house has all the amenities of home (AC, washer, appliances, TV/CD/DVD, stereo, utensils, linens and much more). There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living space and dining for 6. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. Enjoy surfing, snorkeling & fishing. In February or March you might even catch a whale sighting! Located just off the island’s major highway from San Juan, this house is minutes from the beach and centrally located to major attractions, shopping malls and minutes away. Area attractions: Camuy Caverns, Arecibo Observatory, Taino Ceremonial Park, Punta Borinquen Golf Club, Arecibo Lighthouse & Guajataca Lake. Be sure to visit the areas most famous beaches of Jobos, Shacks, Crashboat and Rincon. Crashboat & Jobos beaches are approx. 20 mins. Rincon beach is approx. 30 miles. Approx 75 mins. from Luis Munoz Marin .Approx 20 mins. from Rafael Hernandez Airport (BQN) in Aguadilla.

In the next town over of Camuy you have the world famous underground Caverns featured on Discovery channel. 2 towns over in Arecibo you have the Worlds second largest radio telescope once used by SETI (search for extral terestrial intelligence) and featured in several movies (James Bond, Contact & more).

I really like the privacy of the house. No one bothers you there, you get delicious sleep with the great air from outdoors. The house has all the amenities that you will need. You just need to bring food. And that is easy since the market is just around the corner. You will find a bakery, Burger King, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and so much more. The beach is like 5 minutes away, and is beautiful and very enjoyable if you have little kids. Overall is a great place to stay with your family if you want to have privacy and don't want to be bothered by the cleaning lady at a hotel. I loved it and next time I travel to Puerto Rico I will definitely look for this house to stay while I'm there.

SAFE, CLEAN, CONVENIENT

My family and I were looking for a safe, clean place to stay during our PR vacation, we took a chance on this house and I'm glad we did. House was as advertised, very clean and fully equipped.
We were met there by Ray's mom and right away she made us feel very comfortable, she even gave us some helpful recommendations
of things to do and places to go, gracias Sra. Elsa.
My wife loved the large tiled floors, my daughters shared one room although they could have had their own. Small grocery store around the corner has a little bit of everything you might need. loved the night snacks literally delivered to you every night as a van comes around selling warm fresh bread, doughnuts and more. House is very close to route 2 and beaches, highly recommend Crash Boat Beach in Aguadilla about 20 mins away but worth the drive, crystal clear waters.
Bedroom AC units worked great, had to actually turn them off in middle of night, imagine that!!! we were coooooold in mid Aug in PR.
only regret is I wish we could have stayed a bit longer.
PR is such a beautiful Island and the people are great.
had a flat tire at 2am going to the airport and local police stopped to help change tire, even they are great.
looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to PR and highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay in PR. thank's Ray.

Wonderful place to stay for anyone

Our stay here was great. There are places to eat and things to see close by. The beach is beautiful and was pretty quiet when we went there on a Friday. The house has everything you need and there is a grocery store near by to stock up. With the ceiling fans on and the windows open you get a nice breeze flowing through the house. The air conditioners in the rooms were used for the week we were there in mid July. They keep the rooms very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in P.R. and are planning another trip. There is so much to see and do.
