THIS BEACH FRONT CONDO RENTS FOR A MINIMUM OF TWO MONTHS. WE PREFER A 3 MONTH RENTAL BETWEEN JANUARY THROUGH MARCH. We are across the street from St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic church on Gulf of Mexico Drive.
Step inside the door of this ultra-comfortable, decorator-designed condo, and a feeling of total relaxation will sweep over you. The condo overlooks the Gulf of Mexico on beautiful Longboat Key, and has all the amenities you need to enjoy your time here.
Step out onto the large 4th floor balcony (size is 8' x 22'), and take in the unobstructed beauty of the soft, sandy beach and expansive Gulf. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner on the balcony as you watch the the dolphins swim by, the pelicans diving for their dinner, or the spectacular sunsets.
The Master Bedroom has two queen beds, TV, sliding doors to the balcony, walk in closet, and Master Bath. Master Bedroom size is 12' x 18'.
The Second Bedroom has a queen bed, TV, sliding doors to the balcony, large closet, and a second bathroom across the hall. Second Bedroom size is 12' x 10'.
Both bedrooms overlook the Gulf of Mexico and are professionally furnished with designer sheets and comforters. Keep the doors open to listen to the waves of the Gulf while they gently lull you to sleep.
The living/dining room overlooks the Gulf, and is spacious and beautifully decorated with two large couches, two overstuffed chairs, flat screen TV, and DVD player. The bright eat-in kitchen has all the utensils and cookware you need to make delicious meals, and boasts a large breakfast counter between the kitchen and dining room.
Swim in the warm waters of the heated PRIVATE POOL, or take a walk on the beach. The RECREATION ROOM has two treadmills, weights, TV, pool table, and a sauna. A gas grill is available poolside.
Enjoy a 20-mile paved jogging/walking/biking/rollerblading path the length of the Key just outside the front door. Tennis courts and an excellent grocery store are minutes away.
St. Armand's Circle is just a few miles South where you can shop to your heart's content, dine at a different restaurant every night, or just sit and people watch at this pedestrian-friendly island.
Fishing, boat and jet ski rentals, Ringling Museum, Mote Marine, Mary Selby Botanical Gardens, and other attractions are just minutes away.
