'By The Bay' is within easy walking distance to the harbor and all of Depoe Bay. Our new, 2nd ocean view vacation rental is located on the ground floor with the same spectacular view, about 1/2 the size of our 1200 sq. ft. townhome, which is located on the second and third floors. The entry to the rentals are located on opposite sides of the building. All new, very clean and cozy, especially for 2. Our 1 bedroom apartment has all the same amenities as the townhome, plus a private, covered & wind protected, ocean view patio. A 2 or 3 night minimum stay is required, depending on the season. Please, no smoking & sorry, no pets. Before contacting us, please check our availability calendar for your desired dates. Then Call Vicki for your reservation.

    full price deposit in advance, with the balance due 1 month before arrival.
    Rates are subject to a 9% room tax.
    Should a cancellation become necessary, we require at least two weeks notification
    for a full refund, less a $50 service fee. There are no other fees or charges.

Great Honeymooners get-a-way

We stayed week of 7/06/2009. This place was clean with absolutly everything one would need to explore the ocean front of Oregon. Settled in the quiet town of Depoe Bay just 10 miles north and you have Lincoln City or 10 miles south and there is all the attractions of Newport Bay. Walt was a very gracious host available upon request never intrusive. The electronic, movies, music, games and book there is something for any taste. The room itself stayed cool we were able to watch whales pass by right out our window of the condo and patio. At this price one not only gets a bargin over other places in the area the room is very luxurious. We are looking forward to returning many times in the years to come.
Owner's Response: These Honeymooners were a joy, interesting & fun to talk to, full of life & ready for the coastal adventure. We are so glad they enjoyed their stay here. Hope to see you soon.

Amazing Bang For The Buck

We were completely surprised when we arrived at this very clean, artfully appointed, completely furnished rental.
We have vacationed in and around Depoe Bay for many years and this is the most amazing deal we have ever experienced. Aside from the great city center location and wonderful ocean view, we were impressed by the state of the art HDTVs, and PC system. We highly recommend this well cared for home away from home!

The owners take pride and pleasure in providing a very quality place to stay. Very clean unit, up to date appliances and entertaiment systems, comfortable and accommodating living environment. We feel very fortuntate having found such a quality place to spend our vacation. We recommend it to all who know how to appreciate such a well cared for accommodation.

My daughter and I stayed here the first
week of August. We found it to be a most delightful "home away from home"and, indeed, was very comfortable
and would recommend it to anyone desiring a vacation at the beach. The owners are most helpful and gracious hosts.

Upscale homelike accomodations, comfortable, within walking distance to resturants, shopping and coffee shops. Whale watching in the bay across the street a definite plus!
