This property is at the end of a quiet dead end road and on Quicksand Pond. The great views look over the pond to Goosewing Beach/ South Shore and the ocean. Bring or rent Kayaks to paddle to beach (wind permitting). No motors. Beach also accessable by bike or car. Perfect for biking and hiking on Audubon and surrounding land. Visit our horses. Relax and enjoy the quiet and privacy.

Location: Little Compton Center 10 minutes, Westport 20 minutes, Dartmouth mall, Newport and movies 25 to 30. Several restaurants, shopping, art galleries etc.

Gas stove, well equipped kitchen, large laundry and two full new baths. Large raised deck and ground floor covered open porchs. Sleeps 2 upstairs and 2 to 3 downstairs. Downstairs doors open to ground level with good views. Handicap accessable.

Other Activities: birding, pond exploration, great local or distant biking, fishing boats can be hired. Horses to visit. Learn about Parelli Natural Horsemanship. Bring your horse, stalls available. Beautiful horseback riding in area. artists paradise.

We had a fantastic vacation here, so quiet and secluded we had Quicksand pond to ourselves. We went crabbing, kayaked to Goosewing beach and just relaxed. Great farm stands near by and fish market in Westport. The cottage has great views and the deck was incredible! We hope to come back next year.
