The studio above the main house is included in the rental at a set rate in the summertime.In the off season (Sep-May) the four bedroom and the studio are rented out as seperate units and you would need to call Barbara McLain Properties for specific rates.

Enjoy outdoor livng with your private covered patio with gas heaters, granite table for 8 and barbacue for the expert grilling enthusiast. Home offers gourmet kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. Indoor laundry room and 2 car attached garage. Everything included for your entertainement; pool table, HDTV, surround sound, DVD, wet bar with wine cooler. The entire family can watch the sunset over the ocean, on the deck and roast marshmallows on the gas fire pit.
